Monkey Skribbles is comprised of the collaborative art of Courtney Huddleston and Mike Garcia. Both artists come from different art backgrounds but, since their chance meeting in the summer of 1999, have
found a unique
approach to illustrating by combining their strengths.
Their approach is simple; Courtney likes to draw, Mike likes to paint. These efforts motivate them to get projects accomplished and, for some reason, it works! Courtney's whimsical and intriguing drawing styles and Mike's keen sense of color and limitless pallete allow for a wide range of visual freedom between the two.
Together and individually, they have created several books, cover illustrations and designs in the comics, publishing and entertainment industries for the past 10 years. Their latest project, a children's book they've created called "The Breadcrumb Heads," can be seen on here on Monkey Skribbles.
